The paperwork, in plain words.
Comiine holds maintenance and safety records that matter to real people and to a regulator. These documents say what we do with them, what we do not do with them, and what you can ask us to do. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

Where we stand today
Comiine is operated from Botswana by Millyjoy & Co (Proprietary) Limited and is designed against the Botswana Data Protection Act, 2024 (Act No. 18 of 2024), with the GDPR treated as the stricter standard where the two differ. Our regulator is the Information and Data Protection Commission.
We say plainly what we have not done yet. We do not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001. These documents have been prepared to a standard an admitted practitioner can review and sign, and that review is booked, not finished. Where a question is still open we have written what is true rather than what would read best.
